I have a 2001 tr 21. and am upgrading from a 2001 225 efi to a 2012 pro xs 250 with tm lower unit. I have a 10 slidemaster jack plate. I was wondering if my pad height should be different with the pro xs? and also looking for prop suggestions.

Honestly I’d say run it as it is to get a base then start playing with set up
I run a 2004 TR 21 with a 2004 225 EFI and I run at 2 1/2" to 2" under depending on which prop I have on it.
