I've used Bob Toller a lot at High Point Marina at Lake Anna.

Honest guy with a lot of knowledge. He leases a tiny little spot beside the parking lot at the Marina so he doesn't have a lot of overhead, and can drop the boat in the water at any time to perform any testing.
