Interstate batterys suck imo.....I run the biggest baddest battery I can find......31 series will carry your electronics and start your engine......check out NAPA's commercial duty batteries for crankers Their 3281 series deep cycle batteries are the bomb too. I run an 03 250 and no problems....
i use a 1000 mca interstate 5-6 yrs old and works like new still? you must have a cable or starter issue

So after some playing around if I jump the Starter solenoid It rolled over fine. I let it run for 10 minutes or so and then tried using the key and started fine let it set for a bit and tried it again and fired up. Not sure but the solenoid seems not right to me. I will replace it soon.
