    I have a 2002 2200/XB combo. Running a 28 Bravo 2.75” below pad. Runs great on mine.

On the bigger Gamblers with 250+ most guys prefer the original Bravo I worked by Mark Croxton with dual PVS holes put in the barrel. I had several and preferred it to the Bravo xs. Probably need 27-30 pitch depending on your rig.

I've got an original worked by Croxton and an XS worked by Lahti. The flare on the hub of the original Bravo 1 helps with hole shot as long as you have PVS holes, but you'll have to get the PVS holes drilled in it since they don't come with them.

On my XS Matt Lahti added a flare and it gets up on plane fantastic. It comes with dual PVS holes so you're good there. Before I sent it off to matt the prop ran well stock right out of the box. I just had to add some PVS plugs so it wouldn't blow out on hole shot. I think I ran 4 solid plugs on the inside and maybe 2 medium plugs on the outside.

Rothwell Marine is IMO the best place to buy props and they are a sponsor here.

If you want to test one send me a PM
