I think Boyd Duckett mentioned on Bass Talk Live relatively recently that with everything else they have to get done for the season, it won't be something they have the time or resources to set up for 2019. He did mention that he sees it emerging going forward.

it's not up yet, it's in future plans along with a feeder system and big consumer show during the BPT Championship as well as big paying non-endemics and millions of dollars for the Pros. It's coming though, just don't know when or details, but it will be GREAT!!! Side note, BPT/MLF should get Tony the Tiger as their mascot....it's GREEEEAAAAT!
According to Duckett, it’s not going to happen this year they are too focused on getting the tour together for their inaugural season but anticipate having it sometime in the future if there is a demand for it. The only fantasy fishing from a tour itself will be BASS. Flw isn’t doing it either.

why the head slap? it's in the future plans along with much of the rest. Lots of good promises

Well that's good. I'd love to see a website before fantasy fishing gets setup.
The only fantasy is we all wish we had Duckets money $
No entry fees, no venues interested, no set rules. The problem with free lunches is eventually you run out of other people's money. My take on that famous quote and bpt. Of course, only the small will suffer. I bet some are eating Zanax and Zantac like jelly beans right now.
Just think, of the BBC crowd is this confused and in the dark.....think about the average angler/fan. Heck seems like many regular Joe's don't even know BPT exists ha
I guarantee a huge segment of their audience doesnt know about any of the changes. That may not matter though as long as they turn it on when it's on TV. Just seems a few days out from the first tourney that it's still a big cluster f#!@ but that's really how it's always been. Theyve never let any info out. The deal now isnt that they arent letting it out to just us, the people fishing it dont even have the answers. If they can struggle through this year though it might smooth out
