ttt18 can you help me understand the order of release for these 3d updates? I know 18.2 then 18.3 then 19.1 but I have no idea about where the rest fit in. thanks

Here they are in order of release.

1. StructureScan3D-1.5-56.1.160-Standard-1.riw
2. StructureScan3D-2.0-57.1.207-Standard-1.riw
3. StructureScan3D-2.0-57.1.219-Standard-1.riw
4. StructureScan3D-3.0-58.1.94-Standard-1.riw
5. StructureScan3D-4.0-59.1.72-Standard-1.riw
6. StructureScan3D-18.2-60.1.124-Standard-1.riw
7. StructureScan3D-18.2-60.1.134-Standard-1.riw
8. StructureScan3D-18.3-61.1.123-Standard-1.riw
9. StructureScan3D-19.1-62.1.108-Standard-1.riw

Generally, they were numbered starting at 1.0, then 1.5, 2.0. 3.0, 4.0, then to 18.2, 18.3, 19.1...the sub versions are in the final .xxx of the file name. Not totally sure, but I think 18 stands for release in 2018, 19 in 2019.

I think the final .xxx number was the day of the year it was built, but not totally sure of that either.

Please ignore the file naming - Lowrance has totalled screwed it up. All you need to know is that if the release is a higher number its newer.
I have Lowrance release documentation explaining version numbering/naming and they aren't following it themselves.
The first number is supposed to be year, the second is release for that year i.e. 18.1 is 1st release of 2018, 18.2 is second release 2018, etc.
So where is 18.1 I hear you ask? Lowrance started the new naming and ignored their own file naming convention.
Why are there 3 versions of 18.3 instead of 18.3, 18.4, 18.5 I hear you ask? Lowrance ignored their own file naming convention again.
Why are there currently 2 versions of 19.1 instead of 19.1, 19.2 I hear you ask? Lowrance ignored their own file naming convention again.
It's a mess, but what's even worse is that newer versions aren't improving imaging. Are you disappointed?
