Facebook. Seems to work well. We communicate on lake conditions, post the schedule, post tournament results pics of the winners and standings. Best of all it's free.

Our club used to have a members only section with forums built in. It worked well until it became to big to manage on our end, so we moved away from that. We are using Facebook and it's okay, but we have some older members who just don't use FB so it's tough for them. We also will do a couple of mass e-mail's during the month to keep everyone informed.

But I do wish there was something better out there...some type of mobile app might work if we could just get those tech challenged guys to try it out!

I tried to join the owners boards using my phone the other day. I finally gave up because it was a royal pain in the ass.

I just joined another club and they use an app called GroupMe. Seems to work good it’s just basically a mass text but I really haven’t messed with it yet

A shot across a club member's bow generally communicates well and they move to another fishing hole... Other then that we use mass emails.

We use Facebook. We have a Basshub club that works great. We have over eight clubs on it. Many of these clubs also have their own FB page. But everything also goes on the Bass hub FB page. It works great. We also post fruit jars and benefit tournaments.

Our club uses whatsApp, you're not limited to 10 people and you can verify who has seen what message.

We use an app called At The Ramp for our schedule, signing up for tournaments, points, By-Laws and all other tournament related topics. We also use email and have monthly meetings.

I've run several forums over my years and tried a bunch of forum scripts and Tapatalk is awful!

The new basscat forum has improved a lot over tapatalk.

Having said that the two menu system of the new forum is confusing and the icons on the left menu are not self explanatory.

My favorite forum script is invision community.

We could allow and open a forum page on the www.OutkastFishingForum.com

We would be pleased to start a page there for your club to interact.
