I just charge $10 flat but I've got a pretty big supply of guides I stripped off of old broken rods that I use for repairs.

$10 using a guide i have in stock. if i have to order one i add that cost. 99% of the guides i replace are from other "parts" rods and i do ask if the customer wants the exact type of guide from the manufacture or if a non matching guide of the same size will do.
