If that’s the case, send Andy down to Dallas ad I’ll send the red clapper to you and see how you like that

The question would be can Reid and Jerrah coexist? Reid would want too much control, Jerrah can't live long with a coach like that.

Have you watched the chiefs at all this year???? Hold the pats to 31 in regulation was like a win for them. Hell all season everyone was talking about how the chiefs defense was gonna get them in the end. Outside the colts game, it’s been absolutely god awful all season. Should have fired him earlier in the year. They could have maybe got someone in to piece together something better than they had, because it couldn’t have been much worse than it was this year.

He’ll no they couldn’t coexist, Jerry like a yes man and Ried would tell him to pound sand. That’s why the cowboys are where they are, mediocre at best and will be more of the same.

Bob Sutton had the chiefs defense at the top of the league for the first 3 years or so he was in KC. When he came in players bought into his scheme and message. Over time that got stain and after multiple debacles in big games with no adjustments players started loosing trust. Ried had no choice but to move forward and get a new dc. Sutton will be remembered for these last couple years and not the great defenses he put on the field in year 1 and 2. As far as Ried wanting to much control that is something that he didn’t want when he left philly. There was a article a couple weeks ago about Ried and how he went back to just coaching and game planning when he got to KC and how much more fun he was having coaching again. The article was written off interviews from assistants who were with him in philly and KC.

Probably time for him to go, but he wasn't the one missing tackles. There were many times this year, players were in the right place to make the play, but failed to do so.

As good as the Chiefs have been drafting/Free Agents offensive players. They have been equally bad getting defensive talent.

Sounds like they are making a run at Steve Spagnuolo.

The defensive players weren’t Happy with him either. When they were getting scored on everydrive throughout the season, the players knew adjustments needed to be. Bob wouldn’t make the adjustments and just kept getting lit up. The players had enough of him.
