I bought a used boat last summer and there were no compartment keys. I called Skeeter on a whim and asked about keys. To my surprise, they asked for the serial number of the boat and shipped me two keys that fit the existing compartment locks for free. Give them a call with your boat serial number. It worked for me. Good luck.
TH marine has them. Pretty steep price though. I've been debating changing my plastic ones for SS.
Send me a photo of the ones you are looking for. I may have a set all with keys that I bought last year from LMC Marine. I just need to locate them.

Not sure what they look like on a 2004. He had a good supply of pulls for my 2002.
Go to McMaster Carr on the web and look up part # 11125A12 that should fix you up.They are around $7 each
