Keep that second link, it's very handy to keep for reference. I don't see any special restrictions for that lake, and that site lists any special town regulations as well (to the best of my knowledge). Should be able to take your Ranger no problem.

Up there you have Burns, Forrest Lake and Moore Dam. Nothing too exciting, really. Used to fish Burns when my club was smaller. There are fish, but it has gotten cleaned out by ice fisherman.

It can be a real dink fest on Moore, but there are some good fish to be had. You are just not gonna find them on the first visit. Or the 2nd, or 3rd....LOL

Drove by it during a motorcycle trip last fall. Don't think I'll ever make it up there, that place is a hike and a half from my house. Looked pretty cool though, there's a ton of water to cover up there.

It is 118 acres, surely a man of your legendary skill should have that place broken down and dissected in a matter of minutes....try right out in front of the launch, in the middle, and work your way out from the launch towards the wider part of the lake. There are weeds and stuff all around the shore, so look for them. It fishes quickly, so you will be moving around and finding different stuff.
