I plan to install a Comfortroll Ultrex tray. Anyone know what is under the deck/carpet? Should I be aware of any problems?

I have one installed on mine. Mount it is far forward as possible, with the lip nearly flush to the plastic bow shroud. Be prepared to deal with a lot of foam. Other than that, nice and easy.

Installed one on a 462 back in the day. Like bd says, lots of foam under the deck. The back end of mine went into the front of the front compartment. Just had to trim part of the front bulkhead on the front compartment. Add a drain hose to the bottom of the tray and route it forward into under the bow. Seal the edges of the cut deck opening with some epoxy. measure three or four times, cut once. Its not that bad really.
