New tracker 195 with 150 can only get 49 with 5000 rpm trim won’t go higher 3 hours on it suggestions. Thinking of going to shop this week. It should be at least getting to 5500? Prop is 24.

Just wild guess, motor to deep and either wrong prop , wrong pitch or both.
Motor height and prop selection.Is that a 2 stroke or 4 stroke?If you don't have a water pressure gauge don't go any higher, just drop pitch to 23P.
