Weight of boat with motor and fully equipped
I am going to get a free-standing boat lift and am wondering if anyone knows the weight of the hull, engine, gas, batteries and gear. I checked the specs pages and the hull weighs about 1520 pounds. Gas would be about 5 pounds per gallon, correct? What about the batteries, TM and gear? My boat is a 1999 R91 with a 200 EFI.
Thanks,

I have a boat lift and I hang my R91. My lift is a 4000 lb Doozie side mounted lift

Figure 6 pounds/gallon on the gas

I have stored mine in a 200lb boat lift for a week or so and it did just fine. If it was my own lift, I’d be looking at the 3509 or higher rates ones.

I have a Z522D, so a very heavy rig. I keep mine on a 4800 pound hoist all summer for the last 3 summers. I would recommend looking at the load carrying capacity of your trailer and match your hoist capacity to that. For example, the Z522D comes with a dual axle trailer with 5400 pound capacity axles. I figured if I subtract the weight of the trailer, 4800 would be about right.
When I added up the weight of rig, motor, fluids, equipment, etc. I kept coming in well under 4800 as well.

My RT188 weighed 2700 pounds ready to hit the water at some truck scales. I had half tank of gas that day. That includes the trailer. I have a 115 4S. Take your rig to a truck scale and weigh it, think it cost me five bucks to disconnect and get a weigh ticket?

if it helps any, the Z520 usually sits on a 5000lbs rated trailer .
