Latches and Gaskets
We have an older Ranger, a 364. The deck lid latches need to be replaced but I can't find any Perko style to fit. All the ones I can find are for a 2.5" hole and the holes on the 364 are 2.375" I really don't want to cut bigger holes. Does anyone know where smaller ones can be found?
And
What glue can be used to re attach the rubber gaskets around the compartment lids?

I would check TH Marine for the latches. As far as the glue goes, 3M weather strip adhesive is the best I have used. It comes in a black tube with green lettering.
