    USA Deal....major appliances score!!

We needed appliances for our rental property. Went to Lowes.. saw the clearance stuff. Frigidaire Dishwasher was 529 marked down to 168 was the display model...we got it for 138. Score. Asked about a Range. Got a brand new GE gas range that was a special order that someone did not want. 729.. got it for 180. Started looking at the washer and dryers they had on clearance. Got Whirlpool front loader washer and a gas dryer. Washer was 1099... marked down to 873..I said I'll give you 200. She said ok. It was a customer return that was used twice. The dryer was a 8.8 cu ft Whirlpool that was 1198 and paid 180. Plus got my military discounts too. We happened to be talking to a manager and she just wanted these things gone. Big time score.. if you are in Lowes..ask about the clearance stuff..they can mark it down.

Wow, they would have run original price up on me trying to sell them. Congratulations.

Always go though the clearance / scratch and dent section of Lowes. Even if you aren't in need of something it can be entertaining. I saw a range that looked like it had been dropped off the back of a truck then picked back up and dropped again. Then once they got it back in the truck they must have taken off and dropped it again LOL Maybe even kicked it a few times.

They had it listed for I think 50 bucks with a sign that read "fixer upper" HAHAHAHAHAHA

And don’t be afraid to ask at any store selling appliances, furniture, etc.
Good deals are out there, but you can’t be shy. Scratch and dent is good.

Some of the appliances are brand new. Special orders that people refuse or that didn't fit. Dont be afraid to offer a low price. I will never buy at the sale price again.
