I have 1199 Bird and yesterday it went blank on the water up to then it had worked great. The buttons will light up but the screen looks like its half black and then the whole thing goes black and you cant turn it off without unplugging it. Any help would be Greatly Appreciated Thanks
Make absolutely sure you have good power to it .... remove any SD cards .... disconnect everything except power.
