Thank you for the question. We are seeing best rates in the general 6% area. There are a few getting done JUST under but being clean and having history is the main thing. As for term, longer should be available if wanted. Paying additional is always encouraged. The lenders we work with are all fixed rate simple interest loans.Originally Posted by plains angler
