Yes as long as the transducer doesn’t come out of water
Well I’m sure it will work as long as it does not come out of the water.
But does the bouncing up and down cause any distortion of the images?
It has a system called AHRS which is supposed to deal with this issue.
And it does work good
I haven't been in any big rollers using it, but with 1' waves I expected more distortion. Didn't get the wavey bottom read like with standard sonar or with downvu.
