Use a fish tape. Harbor freight has a good one for just a few bucks. Tie a string to the transducer cable when you pull it through in case you ever need to pull anything else through in the future.

If you pull the seat out, you can see the end of the tube, which usually starts just rear of the shifter assembly and runs aft. Then you can easily run a fish tape. I'm not sure if the L boat seat is different than my C boat seat but pulling the seat and replacing it was a pita.

I had to pull the seats out to run mine. L boat, seats and coin box all come out as one unit. Once seats are out, running fish tape and pulling cable is pretty easy.

Get yourself some cable lube that electricians use for pulling wires. I will for sure make a big difference.

If the fish tape has a hook you need to tape it all up so NO hook is left on the end
