Ol Skool Revo SX not smooth anymore

Gen1 Revo SX
as i tighten down the star drag it gets harder and harder to crank the handle
any ideas as to why?
ive had it apart twice and everything looks good...

Had that white plastic saddle that holds the pinion gear in backwards
tighten the drag down and the main gear was rubbing tighter and tighter on that saddle

3rd tear down got if figured out

Make sure you didn't damage that yoke

The anti-reverse bearing might be pushed out too far out of the side plate. You want the inner race or sleeve of the anti-reverse bearing to poke out past the bearing towards the reel handle. If the AR bearing is pushed out too far towards the reel handle it will bottom out the drag on the bearing instead of the sleeve and cause friction.
