    Extended engine warranty

    Ken,

    I am considering purchasing a 2016 Ranger z520 with 250 SHO. The warranty expires in 2021 and this concerns me. How efficacious are extended engine warranties? How costly are they?

    What is available comes down to the original "in-service date". In some cases, factory coverage can be extended, in others, no. If either of you want to forward me a VIN, I can do some looking.
