    I wonder how these Gulp
    Floating
Minnows would look/work on these heads?

I would love some of them on 1/0 light wire type hook, but I am a light line kind a guy.

What makes a light hook better than a strong/super sharp light hook?

Fishing it on a light line. Makes it harder to bury the hook.

These hooks are still thin, And much sharper than a shroom head.... And they hold the sharp point longer. These are not like a flipping jig hook... I think they are .037 thickness.

Sounds like it should work, sure is a good looking bait.
How does a guy get a hand full of them.

I really like this little jig head. What size eyes are you using?

Have you looked at the Zman Trick Shot Shad? Saw them for the first time at a show this weekend and they look perfect for these.

Those are filled with salt and don't float like the other Z-Man baits... Watch at the 30 second mark...

What he said and what I saw were two different things. The ones the guy had rigged up on a DS floated completely tail up.

It dont take much to float a very small circle hook without any lead on a DS... Especially just nose hooked.

These float really well, But they are stiff with much less action. They look real and scent might make up the difference..
