2000 Procraft 185 Pro Wet Sanding Candidate?

Picked up a new to me 2000 Procraft 185 Pro yesterday and was wondering if it would be a good candidate for wet sanding and Protech sealant? The right side of the boat has more damage than the left and the previous owner stated that it was stored under a carport before he bought it where it clearly got more sun exposure on the one side versus the other. The red stripe looks pretty baked, not sure if it is repairable. It also has some stress cracks from probable dock impacts.

Thanks in advance for checking out the pictures and offering advice. Looking forward to cleaning this one up and getting out on the lakes around me.

PM sent...looks like a good candidate to bring back. The cracks are another story. They can be fixed but depending on why they are there depends on if you want to spend the money to fix or just deal with it. Also they could come back. You’re not far from me I’ll be glad to help.
