Blackwater River State Park in Florida

We just got back from five days at Blackwater River State Park near Pensacola. What a great deal for Floridians over 65! Twelve dollars per night includes both 30 and 50 amp electric service, water, and sewer hookup. Each spot is level and covered in very small gravel.

We spent yesterday at the Naval Air Museum at the Naval Air Station. What a delight. I could have spent two days there if I was by myself.

I haven't figured out how to carry my kayak while pulling the trailer without spending several hundred dollars on a rack.

Is there any place close to be able to use a 19' aluminum boat at this place?

There is a boat ramp at the park, but the river is pretty swift and shallow. I am not really sure of any other bass fishing close.
