If you guys are looking to fish Barren River, there is the Barren River Fishing League Team Tournaments.
They average 50-75 boats a tourney I think. My dad and I went there last year and had a good time with Travis and the gang.
There is also the Lake Cumberland Bass Club.
Haven't fished any of those yet, but they are team tournaments and look like a decent crew.
You might see if Angler's Dream has anything in your area you'd be interested in. They used to alternate Classic sites between KY Lake and St. Clair, but the entry fees are a lot steeper than USA Bassin.
