    New SHO

    When will Yamaha update the SHO? Been 9 years since intro and with Merc out now I’m thinking it’s coming

    I wouldn't imagine it will be too long before we get something but I think it may just be a redesign of the current platform with updated technologies instead of an entirely new motor. Lighten it up, redesign the intake and fuel system to get a little more efficiency, and make draining the oil a little easier and they're pretty much set.

    I just hope they update the water pump. What they have now is junk!!!!!!!! Hope Merc is better............

    I'm guessing the new XTO style will be it. When folks can't get current SHO's due to low inventory my theory a while ago is because something new is coming and they were bleeding down inventory
