    Annual Service

Going bring in the outboard for a professional check-up. Looking for thoughts on what service I should expect or get for my 250 Honda w/140 hours. Used the past two years. Performed my own oil changes, lower unit oil, oil and fuel filters, and lubrication maintenance. According to owners manual it may need plugs, timing belt, acg belt, valve clearance, thermostat, water pump and more. Motor has performed flawlessly and have no known issues.

I had a Honda mechanic look at my 150 valves per manual, he laughed at me, checked them and said there fine!!

Its a Honda oil filter impeller, every other year, plugs.

Should get 2-4 hundred thousand miles out of it!!

Thanks Hickory! Want to treat the engine right, but not more service than it needs.
