    Bravo 1 props

Have the Bravo 1 prop done well on Legends with Mercury outboards?
i have seen a few post about the Bravo results.
Seem like several tried them and took them off and run something else.
Is the 4 blade going to the Fury 4 or bravo 1 for a rougher water work horse?
    i have run a Fury 4 25 p on my 211 r , merc 250 pro xs. It worked good in 80f water.
Real sluggish in 45f water. Might try the 24 pitch.

I'm running a 27 bravo xs on my alpha 211 with 250 pro xs. Prop lifts the boat great. I can only get 5700 rpms so a 26 pitch would probably work great.

I ran a Fury 3 24 pitch the other day and boat really liked it. Been running a fury 3 25 pitch.
The 24 did much better all around. Plus 300 more rpms and 1.5 mph more on top.
I am going to have that prop worked. 5700 to 6050 was the difference in rpms.
Been using my merc smart guage for rpm reading. My analog gauge is off 250 rpms.
The boat lifted out of water better as I got rpms up.
Got 72.5 gps with full load.
Now I am wanting a rough water 4 blade work prop.
    I have run a fury 4 25 pitch at 5600rpms loaded.
I want to get my rpms up on the 4 blade.
Thinking of a fury 4 24 pitch and want to try the bravo 1 xs in 26 and 26.5 pitch.
I see how an accurate tac is so vital.
I like what I have read from Merc about the Bravo. Just don’t see a lot of legend boats running them.
The lighter Bullet and Allison boats sure like them.
Merc says there design is for heavy bass boats.

I run a 25p bravo on my V20. You may be able to go to a 27p bravo on the 211

I have ran the 25p and 27p bravo xs on my 2014 211R with a mercury 250 pro xs. The 27 was too much in the summer with with too people and full live wells. The holeshot was terrible. With a light load and just me it ran 74. The 25 handled a load with ease but the speeds were high 60's and I was bumping my rev limiter. I haven't tried a 26

My buddy has a 2016 V20 with a 250 SHO dual 10’ Blades etc. I had a 25p Bravo1 XS B&Bed etc. Holeshot and top end weren’t nearly as strong as his 24 Fury 3. The Bravos are stern drive props designed to lift and perform equally as strong loaded light and loaded heavy. My Gambler LOVED the Bravo1. My Bullet with the 300x not so much. I repowered to a new 300xs and that motor performs awesome with it. In between the Gambler and Bullet I owned a BassCat Cougar and it did not like any Bravo I tried on it. Unfortunately it’s going to come down to running them. We don’t have many v20s here with the Verado so I’m not sure I can even make a call. For the right boat/motor they are amazing props.
