    I tried a 25 on a 2005 Merc 225 Opti. My 26 Tempest was better. but every rig is an individual...even with same hull and motor!!

    I have a 2001 196 with a 200 optimax I run a 24 Fury with very good results used to run a 25 Tempest now use it for backup

    Had a 193/200 opti for a couple years. With a 25 tempest+, only thing that could beat me off the line was a 225/250 4 stroke, would run 70gps all day long fully loaded: gas, wells, and 2 guys. Forget the fury, stick with the tempest.
