    I put them in the crockpot before getting my walk in this morning. I sliced a large onion and layered it on bottom of crockpot. cut the meat into strips and layered them crisscrossed over the onions. Poured 10 ounces of apple juice over them and then sprinkled brown sugar, minced garlic and s&p over the top. Recipe says on low for 8-9 hours, remove all juices and replace ribs in pot with BBQ sauce for another hour on high..We'll see.
