    Y'all come get you some

For those who might be interested...

In N.E. Texas we have had a quick warm up from last weeks freezing temps. This morning the air temps were around 60 degrees at the ramp with a heavy fog. The winds were light from the south, and water temps were 52 to 55 degrees.

I found 8 fish in a few hours out there. The best bait was a big white spinner bait. I pitched a jig under some docks. I threw a suspending jerk bait, along with other baits, but nothing else got their attention. The fish were as close to the edge as they could get. On steep banks with light grasses showing. They were not around the reeds in 3 feet of water, they wanted their bellies to rub bottom today.

It was a good day to go, even though I was only out for a few hours. The best of the trip are on the video below.
