    2006 Yamaha Hpdi help

    Ok I’m stumped. 2006 250 hpdi wont run wot. It has a slight miss at the top of the rpm range and won’t go past 5500 rpm. I have changed all mystery filters, canister filter in the motor, low pressure fuel pumps, changed filter and vest pump. Hooked up manual gauge on vst pump the motor idles at 50 psi and drops to 30 psi at wot. Ran with computer hooked up and high pressure is normal 980 psi I believe. Ran auxiliary fuel tank, still no change. Changed stator also. I forgot to mention that it has a reman power head with 10 hrs on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
    i have also had injectors sent off and tested.

    Make sure the throttle plates are opening fully. Also if the problem started after power head replacement it may need a sync and Link performed.

    Try hooking an external fuel supply to it and test run. That 30psi at WOT is low.
