    Question Break-in 1st Hour Question

Breaking in a 2018 pro xs 2 stroke. I see that I need to run it for 1 hour between 4000 and 5400 rpms with rpm changes every 2 minutes. my question is.. its kind of tough to run for a straight hour on the lakes near me without coming to a stop of lowering those rpms significantly... is it okay if i run for 15 minutes... turn around at slow speeds and then fire i back up? or do i need to run for 1 hour STRAIGHT no stopping?
