Has anyone put the Taco navigation lights into the rub rail of a 211?

I can tell you Taco Marine makes great products !! I buy from them regularly for customers boats.

Are all of their navigation lights stainless steel finish? I’d rather have black on my rubrail.

If they don’t have what you lookin as far as finish. You can buy and disassemble then powdercoat black.

Spoke with someone at Taco today. They said the base part is plastic and it has a stainless cover. He said I could just remove the cover and install the base. He said the only thing it would do is remove some of the strength and protection. Your idea is great. Thanks.

Mgfan58 - which legend model are you going to put them in - If you try them can you post if you like them and how hard they might be to install - I'm still debating going to them - thanks

I hate to admit I on the Legend forum, but I'm going to install them on another brand boat. I can post pictures if I install them. Love the Legend boats, but own a Phoenix 921.
