Has anyone altered their cover after installing the Ultrex?

I have the 2019 Tracker 195 TE and put a Ulterra on it. Because it went out further on the bow, the cover would no longer work.. I took the boat and cover to a upholstery shop and with the same type of material cut the front of cover and made a pocket for the TM to extend into. Works fine and does not look bad at all.

I paid $100 for the work. Probably could have been a little less if I had not been in a hurry. The cover would not fit without it so I guess that wasn't bad.

I'm curious about this so I'll ask a couple of questions.
Have you tried the cover with the Ultrex?
Is the Utrex the same size as your original?

I'm about to buy a 195 which comes with a 52" 24 volt.
I will be replacing it with a Ultrex 52" 24 volt.
I'm wondering if the cover will fit.

It will not fit. I have been in a 4 month battle with Bass Pro, Tracker Marine, and Dowco (tarp maker). No one will do anything, you will have to pay to get it modified.

Yep. No one has one that will fit. Has to be modified.

I have talked with Tracker Marine warranty dept and they gave me the number to the cover manufacturer (number posted below). I told them the issue and they sent me a few yards of fabric for free to help rectify the problem and offset the cost of adding a section. These guys are great to work with!

I'm thinking of going to my local custom boat cover shop and getting one fit for my RT188 with an ultrex. The stock cover doesn't even come close. $800 for a cover is hard to swallow right now, though.
