HDS 3D module or transducer?

I’ve installed a new 3D module to my existing Gen-3 units it worked fine with the Gen -1 module An transducer but after the change out everything works but my down scan side scans work I used all my existing cables an power source any help or ideas what I’ve got going on would be appreciated

have you turned on 3D and SS in advanced settings? Then have you selected down in the view on the SS page source?You don't say does the side views work?

The side scans work yes I’ve done everything but maybe I haven’t turned it on in the advanced settings ? I’ll have to check that

Do you have a Gen 2 or lower connected via Ethernet?

Yes I have A Gen-2 12 An 2 Gen-3 units

Gen 2 & Gen 3 dont play well together when linked via ethernet

I had this combo for the longest and never had 1 issue with them linked with N2K and thru the LSS 2 box......

I just wonder if I’ve got a bad module I mean everything worked great with the LSS-1 An side scans work good with this one just the down scan don’t work if it was the transducer nothing would work right ?

upplug the Gen 2 and see if you 3D works. Are the lights on the module can you verify it has power to it lights On

What do you have the 3D source set to on the SS Page, This Unit or 3D Needs to be 3D
