99 Merc 200 EFI alarm -beep beep beep beep

I just got my boat back from repair shop.Had stator and the 2 ignition packs replaced after motor was bogging down. I typically do the work myself but did not have the tool to pull the flywheel. I had already bought the CDI parts and the repair shop used my parts. I had the trigger replaced as well while he had the flywheel off. Motor runs great, however the alarm is now going off when I hit 4000 rpm or above. The oil was almost empty in the boat reservoir so I added a gallon of oil and made sure reservoir in the motor was full. alarm still going off once I hit 4000 rpm. I loosened cap on oil reservoir in the motor and confirmed oil is pumping as it ran over. voltage gauge in dash was showing about 11 volts at slow idle and 13 volts on plane.

    any suggestions or thoughts?

I am leaning towards voltage issue given recent repair

loosing cap only tells you you have oil flow from boat tank ,does nt tell you pump drive is rotating, possibly a voltage issue yes need to do some testing first, another reason I try to use OEM replacement parts , might try v6 forum one down with ser number also
