Why? Ability to take off in shallow water with less bow lift and fall over?

i missed the hole shot of my PII. 4 batteries, Full fuel and live wells plus both me and my Tournament partner are not small guys definitely hurts the hole shot.

I was just curious if it could be done. I’ve seen them on other boats. Gambler comes to mind.

We aren’t sure how you would mount them on a Bass Cat hull, though we like these.

A foil should help bring the nose down a bit quicker. One thing to keep in mind with tabs (depending on installation) is the way the BCB sits on the trailer bunks.
A tab mounted in the wrong place will get ripped off while loading the boat.

Baily makes a fine foil for Mercurys and have heard good reviews. He is a board sponsor I believe.

One of my employees has a Gambler 2100 (trim tabs of course) with a Mercury 250XB. Talk about a rocket on the water, wow...

Yep! The PII hole shot will spoil you. I had a 98 Jag and 14 Eyra and neither can come close. Once on plane the Eyra was a rocket.

    It certainly will. It's insane. I had a 2010 Puma and a 2013 Cougar.

Yes it does, but that big front deck on the FTD is nice
