    F200LB lifting ring

    Does anyone have one laying around I could borrow. I'll gladly pay shipping both ways. I just dont want to buy one only to use it once. I need to swap out my jackplate.

    Not sure what hook you need but I made one for my 250 SHO for around $20. Pick up engine lift plate at autoparts store and drill some holes if
    need be. Bolt it on and lift.

    That's pretty slick. I would imagine its strong enough if it's an engine lift plate. I'll look into that thanks for the pic.
