    Need help

New to the area and need some info on what are some good baits to use this time of year on Lake Seminole.
I've never fished water that wasn't frozen this time of year, moved here from Vermont.
Thanks any and all help is appreciated.

Cranks, spinnerbaits, Carolina rig would be my top 3. Throw in a jig too. As long as the water temp is above 50 you will always find fish shallow.

Welcome to the sunny south. Down here in the summer, you will need mosquito repellant!

Trap and big worm. Could probably find some flipping fish under mats this time of year.

If you are not familiar with the lake, DO NOT get out of the channel above an idle speed. Don't even get close to the edge. It's full of standing timber, much of it rotted off just below the surface. Get someine to show you the lake, even if it's a guide the 1st time.

What John says...The boat basin in Bainbridge is a good place to launch for you.
