    2006 nitro 482

    Looking at a 2006 nitro with 90hp mercy low hours on motor. Is there anything I need to take a close look at on this boat. Any info Welcome asking 7650 needs elec and trolling motor upgrade

    That’s a decent price for that boat. I paid 7,500 for mine three years ago and it’s 3 years older. Never had an issue with it. Only thing I would check out is the carpet in the rod locker, tends to fall down on older nitros

    If I remember correctly that model has a max hp of 150 or 175. Can’t remember exactly. My brother in laws 482 has a 150 on it. He got a helluva a deal on it two years ago and paid $5,000 for his. Though his is a 2004. That boat will be extremely underpowered with a 90hp. Probably will have trouble getting the boat on plane if that matters to you

    Yes it is rated for a 150.
    Its going to have a hard time with the holeshot .
    Other than that I love mine.

    Took it out today it is way under powered plus motor kept stalling out when idelling low weak pee
