Wife surprised me with a Traeger for Christmas and have been doing a lot of research for good recipes. I see a lot of guys are using a grill grate for reverse searing. Before I pull the trigger on a $80 searing grate, I thought I'd ask you guys what you recommend. I was looking at an 18.5" GrillGrate (www.grillgrate.com). This one just seems a little pricey for what it is... Thanks
