    Starting Crossfit again

    Did Crossfit for 6 months about 2 years ago. Stopped with divorce and child rotation. Now that I have a more set schedule I'm getting back in it. I dropped 56 lbs the last time, have put on about 10 since. Have continued to lift weights but really like the push and motivation with crossfit. I'm sure I'll be sore as all get out the next few weeks.

    Watch the diet. Important. I was in those shoes a few years ago and used the exercise as a way of warding off the effects of extreme stress. Afterward I realized no matter what, during those down times, the exercise was more important than when things were going ok.

    Yeah I'd like to start doing a Keto type diet and just generally eat better.
