We fished a few hours this afternoon around PB2 after we got in a little late. No bites, water was 37-38 and pretty murky. Trying Gravois area tomorrow. Is the Coffman Beach boat launch usable with these types of water levels?

Thanks for all the tips. We had a tough go of it with the 37-38 degree water temps. Fished Gravois towards the dam on Thursday and had 4 fish on jerkbaits on secondary points, nothing over 16”. Friday we fished Shawnee bend and did a little better with 5 fish, including a 3 lb spot and a 3 Lb LM. couldn’t get touched on a jerkbait and caught all of our fish on Ned rigs and a neko rugged worm on secondary points in 15-25 feet of water. Saturday we fished the Glaize arm out of PB2 and ran up river and actually found some water in the 41-43 degree range with lots of Shad but neither of us got a bite all day on a variety of baits. Of course the 40 mph wind didn’t help us any :). Beautiful lake and we will be back next year but probably late March this time!

Typically this time of year A-rig is king...but only if the water is relatively clear, which it currently is NOT.
