Cooperman Update / NE Texas fishing report

Today we made he attempt to hit the water early after a late night waiting for that ball to drop. Cooperman was ready, or he thought he was. It was just above freezing when we arrived. The digital sign in town said 33 degrees.

The winds were blowing 5 to 10 when we arrived. The lake had rose and fell 12 inches above the normal full depth in the past 3 days. The water was clouded. The best clarity was about 12" and it was at the lower end. The only bait that we found would catch a fish was a white spinner bait.

Love it. I always enjoy your pics and videos. My first grandson is only 10 months old now and his name is Cooper as well. I can't wait to enjoy some quality time on the water with him.

That is all he did on this trip. He wanted to stay up for the new year, and he wanted me to wake him to go fishing. He was not even awake for most of the trip.

I have pictures and video of Cooperman in his bassinet on the boat. Pictures of his sitting on a potty chair on the boat. He learned to walk on the deck of the boat. Now is the time to start taking them.

Very - Very Well made Video, I really enjoyed everything especially Cooperman resting and eating a snack. . . .The fish were OK too.
