Our club will be there April 18-21. I know we have a considerable amount of Tommy's facilities reserved for then.
I like Tommy, he has really nice facilities but I'll never stay there again.

Twice he has booked over us, we had two trailers reserved the first time. 6 in one trailer and 4 in the other for two nights. He called the morning we were leaving and said he had 6 guys needing a place to stay for three nights and told us he would help us find motel rooms or sleep on the couch. The next time he called the morning of bass champs and said he accidentally gave our trailer to someone else and his wife made a mistake. He offered to help me find a place for all of us, I told him I could make my own got damn reservations and that was the last time I was going through that. He's a nice guy and has great place but left us in a bind twice, the Hampton inn is where we stay.
Trailer house Tommy is NOTORIUS for that.
I quit him several years ago for that same reason. Started with him when he only had one trailer.
Never again will I stay there, may not have to worry about having to get a room or finding a place to stay anymore.
I think he has too much to drink and taking reservations late at night. Ive also heard when a buddy calls he will kick folks out with reservations to let them stay. Who knows. Sucks with no decent lodging at the lake.

That’s what I’d like, Hampton is really nice but the parking is terrible.
Thanks for the feedback Chance. I've stayed at Tommy's a half dozen times or so without issue, but know a couple guys that have had issues. I've stayed at the Ramada quite a but as well without any issues.

I've stayed at the Quality Inn the last two times down...excellent, videoed boat parking with outlets aplenty. Rates aren't too bad either. And, lastly, it's about as close to the lake as you can get and still be in Del Rio...on the right just past the 1st light....
