Bubba-Ray walked into the supermarket with an empty package of toilet paper and asks to speak with the manager.
The manager asks "what seems to be the trouble sir?"
Bubba-Ray replies "I demands a refund on this here toilet paper!"
The manager then explains "we cannot give you a refund for an empty package, it's against store policy."
Infuriated Bubba-Ray says "Then you'll be hearin from my lawyer on the grounds of false advertising!"
The manager not wanting this to escalate any further asks "Maybe we can work this out, can you please explain exactly how you were misled?"
Bubba-Ray goes on to say "Well it's like this, I heard on the radio advertisement that if he bought this brand of toilet paper from this store that I'd get 265 sheets per roll. And dadgummit if it only did me for 5 or 6!"
