Great video Have to do a factory tour one day. Watching them all work the glass with bare sleeves makes me itch. They must get used to it.

I thought it was a good video..but I'll admit the picture of some idiot spitting sunflower seeds was in my mind. Ranger better step it up in that dept. It won't take too many experiences such as our brother with the Z522D to make me question what's going on in that facility.

Yes and my experience last year was awful as well. Multiple issues that just SCREAMED we don't care. Since then I have filled out two surveys sent to me by Ranger. On both I checked the box saying I would like to talk to someone at Ranger. Never a call or email, they have my money, they don't want to here it. If my 4th Ranger had been my first, I would never have bought another one. So forgive me, but when I watched that video and heard them talking about all that pride and attention to detail, it made me want to puke.

If you ever get the chance to take the Ranger factory tour, DO IT !! I did it last year and learned a lot of how, where and why things are as they are !! Was even lucky enough to spend about 15 min talking to Forrest over at the Museum across the street !!

I had a bunch of stuff replaced on my Ranger that I bought new in 2011. There were several quality control issues that I should or the dealer not have found . All corrected but not what I ever experienced on my past Ranger. Just before Ranger sold to Johnny Morris I took the factory tour. It seemed to me the quality control processes they explained that they have in place, one would think there would be limited issues. The factory people know what the finished product should look like. If I was in the bass boat market today, I would be hard pressed to A; just buy a Ranger without looking at other brands, and B; order one from the factory. I would want to see the finished product sitting at the dealer so I could go over it before buying it. Yes I know that might make me have to travel to find a boat, but as expensive as they are and all the issues I had, thats what I would be willing to do.

Awesome video and still in love with my very mint condition 2000 520VX with a 250 proxs. If it was affordable i would buy a new 520c but imo the 500 series are no longer a bass boat for the blue collar worker. A new ranger is more than my morgage and thats just wrong in so many ways. I am a dye hard Ranger fan and have always loved them but buying a new 520c is a very very long dream to catch.
