Well I'll be heading oversea's for the next 9 months. What do ya'll recommend for long term storage regarding the fuel tanks in my cougar. Boat will be in my garage. I've read about both empty and full/treated. Just can't make up my mind.

I have always stored mine up here in WI with ethanal free fuel 91 octane and stabil. Gas will break down over time and the octane rating will lower. Ours are in storage for 4-6 months every year depending in how bad the winter is.

I store mine here in the winter with Ethanol free gas full...Then in the spring I siphon out the gas and run it in my vehicles..The gas is always fine but just as a precaution..
I wont ask where you are going because it may be Opsec but have fun and be safe..
